A 45-minute consultation once a week or bi-weekly on the topic you want to deal with.
The length of the process depends on our agreement, but should be at least 20 sessions.
It is also possible to learn the technique of focusing, which helps to release the wisdom of the body.

Online consultation
You also have the possibility to access consultation online via Zoom, in the form of a video call. Each session is 45 minutes long.
The length of the process depends on our agreement, but should be at least 20 sessions.
I recommend this format if a face-to-face meeting is not possible for some reason.
